United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service (UCNCHS), a non-profit making organization, aims to provide quality medical and health maintenance services with health prevention and promotion to help individuals achieve a high level of wellness and share our mission in "Leading a Healthy Life".

The merging of "Kwun Tong Community Health Project" and "Nethersole Community Health Service" brought the existence of UCNCHS. "Kwun Tong Community Health Project", a pioneer community health care service in Hong Kong, started to run in 1972 since the establishment of the first Community Health Centre at Sau Mau Ping estate in Kwun Tong.

In 1994, "Nethersole Community Health Service" started to provide similar service in Tai Po. Sharing a common vision, the two organizations merged on April 1, 1997 to form United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service.

We are the sub-organization of United Christian Medical Service which is a sister organization of Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital and Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital.
