Nethersole Chinese Medicine Clinical Research and Services Centre

In line with the Hong Kong Government’s policy of developing traditional Chinese medicine, a Chinese Medicine Clinical Research and Services Centre which is located at Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital, Tai Po, had been established. The centre is not only aiming to facilitate the clinical research of Chinese medicine and to implement systematic management of Chinese medicine services, but also targeting to promote the interchange of western and Chinese medicines.
Funded by the Hospital Authority and receiving professional guidance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, this centre is one of a few kinds in Hong Kong. Renowned Chinese medicine practitioners are employed to provide clinical and acupuncture services to the public. Meanwhile, teaching, research, pharmaceutical, and Chinese medicine preparation services are offered as well.
